CANCELACIONES
Por favor contáctanos inmediatamente si tienes que cancelar tu reserva. Tu cancelación será efectiva desde el momento en que recibamos la notificación, la cual confirmaremos.
CANCELACION GRATUITA hasta 7 días antes de la fecha de llegada. Pagarás la primera noche si cancelas durante los 7 días antes de la fecha de llegada.

Sollten Sie Ihre Buchung stornieren wollen, bitten wir Sie, uns dies unverzüglich mitzuteilen. Die Stornierung ist nach Erhalt gültig und wird unumgänglich bestätigt. KOSTENFREIE STORNIERUNG 7 Tage vor Ankunft in die Villa J9. Bei einer Stornierung von weniger als 7 Tage ist die erste Übernachtung zu zahlen.
Bankkosten sind nicht erstattbar.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please contact us immediately if you have to cancel your confirmed booking. Your cancellation is effective from the date we receive the notification, which will be acknowledged.
You may cancel FREE OF CHARGE until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the first night if you cancel in the 7 days before your arrival.
Please note that credit card charges and administration fees are non-refundable in any event.
